Buffer is one of my favorite apps because it allows you to automate the publishing of your social media content. I typically like to schedule my content out a week or more in advance and Buffer is a cost-effective tool to help me do so. You can schedule your content weeks or months in advance which is a great way to make sure you are posting consistent and timely content on your social media platform while allowing you to focus on other pressing needs within your business.
- Cam Scanner
CamScanner is an awesome tool to scan documents directly from your phone. You can scan these documents using your phone and send them via email and other platforms quickly and efficiently. No more running to the office or local Office Depot. You can sign business documents and instantly send them from the convenience of your smartphone.
- Google Productivity Apps ( Docs, Sheets & Slides)
Google Docs, Sheets & Slides are some amazing productivity apps provided by Google. No more sending documents back and forth via email sending attachment after attachment trying to figure out which attachment or open file is the latest version. You can make changes in realtime via these productivity apps as well as make comments and work in the file at the same time as your project collaborators. This is an awesome tool that I highly recommend.
- Trello
Trello is my preferred project management system by far. It has a very user-friendly interface and you have the freedom to layout your project boards in the way that you feel would best fit your needs, assign deadlines, color code and more.
- Zoom
Zoom is an awesome tool to host virtual meetings, interviews and more. Their subscription packages come with cloud-based storage which is great for recorded video sessions and the creation of evergreen content that you can use over and over for your business.
